  • Before the scheduled meeting, we would like you to provide us with a copy of your latest Financial Statements so we can get to work straight away to assess your taxation affairs and compile your “Hotel Health Check”.
  • Within 7 days of the meeting we will provide you with a fixed price quote in writing, outlining our services and when fees are payable. That way you will know future costs with no surprises and you will not be charged for every phone call or be fobbed off to a junior Accountant.If you are agreeable you simply return a signed copy of the quote. We also discuss services which are to be provided and if any additional services such as Tax Audit Services, Monthly Projected Cash Flow Statements, Financing Submissions, Proposals for Sale, etc.are required. These are always quoted in advance.
  • Upon acceptance by you, we will take care of the rest i.e. we contact your former Accountant to arrange all of your historical files to be delivered to our offices.Please note: Accountants under their governing bodies are ethically required to send all of your files subject to any professional reasons or accounting fees that may be outstanding.We also arrange the paperwork for you to sign to enable us to be appointed as your tax agent with the ATO.So other than signing the quote and an authority to act as your Tax Agent that is all you need to do.We then receive all of your ATO documents through our office.
  • On the day of acceptance, we also will setup and send your customised weekly takings books and customised software at no cost to you.We will either call in to your office with the packages to install or these can be sent/emailed to you.
  • We lodge your quarterly BAS returns, lodge monthly PAYG wages and prepare quarterly financial statements within 6-8 weeks at the end of each quarter i.e. 6-8 weeks after 31 March, 30 June, 30 September, and 31 December.We lodge all of your company partnership, trust and individual returns by the due lodgement dates as set down by the ATO.We take care of all of your corporate affairs and ASIC
    lodgements at no additional cost and arrange all necessary documentation to keep your Corporate affairs up to date.
  • Also upon engagement you will have direct contact with me from 7am to 7pm and if required weekend access.
  • We will email you periodic industry information such as the Top 200 Gaming Hotels or Taxation Alerts as soon as they are available.
